Terms of business
A plain-English summary of how we work with clients. These terms apply to every starter, project and monthly plan.
Who we are
Letspire Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17492776, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA.
Scope
Starters are delivered as described on our pricing page. Projects are delivered as described in the written scope you approve before work starts. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only carried out with your written approval.
Payment
- Starters are paid in full before work begins.
- Projects are paid 50% before work begins and 50% on launch. Invoices are due within 7 days.
- Monthly plans are paid in advance each month, with a three-month minimum term and 30 days' notice to cancel after that.
- If a starter fee is followed by a project booked within 30 days, the starter fee is deducted from the project price.
Ownership
Ownership of the work we create for you passes to you once all invoices for that work are paid. Third-party software, themes, plugins and stock assets remain under their own licences.
Your responsibilities
You provide content, access and feedback on time. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
Refunds and cancellations
If you cancel a project before work starts, we refund your payment in full. Once work has started, payments cover work already done and are not refundable. Starters can be cancelled for a full refund before work begins.
Data protection
Where we handle personal data on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions and under UK data protection law. See our privacy notice.
Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
