What we collect
When you email us or become a client, we keep your name, business details, contact details and what you tell us about your project. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, provide and invoice our services, and meet our legal and accounting duties.
Who we share it with
Only with people and services that help us deliver your work (for example specialists working on your project, our email, accounting and payment providers), and only as much as they need.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@letspire.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
