A short written scope: what's included, what isn't, the timeline and one fixed price.
Build
You pay 50% and we start. We show you the work at agreed checkpoints and take feedback at each one.
Launch and care
We launch, train your team and hand everything over. The second 50% is due at launch.

Letspire runs every project and is your single point of contact. We bring in vetted designers, developers, marketers and editors for the hands-on work, and check everything before it reaches you.
Clear scope
Written down before we start. Anything extra is quoted and only done once you approve it.
Your property
Domains, hosting and ad accounts are set up in your name. What we build is yours on final payment.
Your data
Used only for the work you've asked for, under UK data protection law.
Support after launch
Projects include a support period. Monthly plans keep us looking after things.
Questions people ask
Do I have to start with a starter?
No. Starters suit businesses that want to see how we work first, but you can book a call and go straight to a project.
What happens to my starter fee if I go on to a project?
If you book a project within 30 days, the starter fee comes off the project price.
How do I pay?
Starters are paid upfront. Projects are paid 50% to start and 50% on launch. Monthly plans are charged at the start of each month. Bank transfer has no fees.
Who does the work?
Letspire runs every project and is your single point of contact. Specialist designers, developers and marketers work under our direction, and we check everything before you see it.
Who owns the website, app or content?
You do. Ownership passes to you in full once the final invoice is paid.
What if I need something that isn't listed?
Book a call. If it falls outside our packages, we'll quote a fixed price for it before any work starts.

We're a UK company working with businesses across the UK, remotely and by video call.
